One of South Africa's leading furniture and appliance retailers has the following career opportunity for a Human Resource Administrator with the necessary competence level, experience and drive.


Main purpose of the job;
To be exposed and gain experience in the full function Human Resources service, inclusive of all Human Resources disciplines.

  • Facilitate the recruitment and selection process within the unit in conjunction with the relevant line managers;
  • Support and facilitation of all facets of industrial relations, inclusive of scheduling disciplinary enquiries, grievances and operational requirements;
  • Support and facilitation of the performance management process within the unit, inclusive of probation, performance appraisals and poor work performance counselling.
  • Review HR Metrics and information and metric analysis
  • Generate all required HR administration within deadlines

Required minimum education and training

  • Human Resources Degree/ Diploma (minimum 3year qualification from a recognized HET tertiary educational institution)

Required minimum work experience

  • A minimum of one two years working experience in a Human Resources Generalist.

Additional education, work experience and personal abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Intermediate)
  • High level of integrity and trust.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, work independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must have a high level of customer service orientation and ability to adapt in a consistent changing environment.

Salary:
R5, R10,000.00 per month
