Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Establish training need or conduct a training needs analysis.
  • This could include:
  • Mobilization training
- new staff trained on the Tsebo Cleaning Induction.

  • Temp Training
- new staff trained on the Tsebo Cleaning Induction.

  • New Management Inductionon the job or classroom based.
  • Facilitation of Management Development Programs.
  • On the job training and competency assessment based on needs.
Develop and design appropriate fit for purpose learning content.

  • Develop and design learning material for face to face, Teams or elearning delivery.
Plan, Co-ordinate and Facilitate the learning.

  • Prioritize, plan and schedule training for annual and monthly delivery.
  • Coordinate training resources and venue preparation.
  • Facilitate learning using suitable methodology based on the situational requirements, e.g., on the job, classroom, elearning.
Assess the effectiveness of training and learning.

  • Assess learning outcomes / training evaluation completed for formal classroom learning.
  • Plan, implement, monitor (track), and manage (facilitate/assess/moderate/record/report) own learnerships/ learning programs and other projects where applicable.
Accurately record and report on learning.

  • Capture/upload, record, and report on all training activities using centralised systems (Vision, SharePoint, LMS).
  • Provide feedback to internal clients on performance gaps closed.
Utilize meetings effectively.

  • Attend and utilize operational and training meetings effectively.
Comply with all requirements.'

  • Ensure that training and recordkeeping standards are maintained and comply with current legislative, Tsebo guidelines and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Coordinate supplier training on equipment and machinery.

Skills and Competencies:


  • Enduser computer (MS Office)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Delivering Objectives
  • Elicit information.
  • Designing and Developing skills (PowerPoint).
  • Planning & scheduling
  • Organising (resources for training and assessments).
  • Facilitation skills (Influence and Inspire).
  • Cleaning skills
  • Basic and Specialized (Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Logistics, Hospitality, and other relevant segments).
  • Operating the equipment used in training.
  • Recording (administrative skills, Excel, Word).
  • Understanding of SharePoint, Teams Vision Skills portion, Elearning Platform.
  • Report writing (Basic).
  • Drawing reports from Vision and Elearning platform.
  • 5 Years operational experience in cleaning.

Qualifications:


  • Trainer qualification (advantage).
  • Assessor Qualification & registration at Services Seta against NQF 1 H&C (advantage).
  • Moderator Qualification & registration at Services Seta against NQF 1 H&C (advantage).
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver's licence.
