Senior Fleet Controller - Pretoria, South Africa - Fempower Personnel
Description
Qualification and experience:
- Minimum grade 1 46 years related experience as a Fleet Controller in the road freight/logistics industry
- Basic knowledge of excel, word and general computer literacy is paramount
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Assist the Jnr Operations Manager in overseeing a team of fleet controllers
- Manage the effective coordination of bookings by working closely together with all relevant teams
- Focus on continually improving fleet utilisation, productivity, and efficiencies
- Manage escalated customer problems, changes, and queries to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service
Experience:
Fleet Controller: 4 years as fleet controller and 2 years as senior overseeing a team
- Route Planning & Scheduling: 2 years
