Key Responsibilities:


System:


  • Maintain Information System for Training.
  • Schedule Training.
  • Liaising with internal and external clients.
  • Develop training content in line with business client requirements.
  • Identify, analyse, plan and implement training agreements.

Administration:


  • Development of Training materials.
  • Training Records.
  • Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.

Reporting:


  • Update and maintain Annual Training Reports
  • Skills Development Framework Reports
  • Skills Gap Matrix Reporting

Essential Requirements:


  • NQF Level 6 Diploma / Advance certificate.
  • National senior certificate.
  • Working experience 3 years.
  • Technological background.
  • Solar and inverter training background (beneficial).
  • Ability to train at different levels.
  • Able to understand complex technology.
