Customer Service Manager - Cape Town, South Africa - CME Recruitment
Description
We are looking for a dynamic, customer centric and results driven individual to join the Key Accounts Team at our client's head office.
The company is a large FMCG Manufacturing concern specialising in the Food Production industry.The position is to take full responsibility in the designated area for availability and visibility of their product range.
Key Performance Outputs
- Conduct daily store visits with formal feedback as per call cycle
- Coordination and successful implementation of in store activities
- Drive POP objectives as per guidelines in all stores
- Ensure minimum forward share as per POP guidelines
- Ensure merchandising principles are adhered to including planogram objectives
- Report on competitor and market activities
- Price surveys
- Execute and build customer relationships
- Provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an FMCG environment, within Top End Retail
- Relevant Retail/ Business Management qualification advantageous
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
