We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Technical Team Lead / Head who enjoys to be very hands on and wants to build a product and own it in full.

This is for a UK based Fintech company and the role is fully remote.


Responsibilities:

You will be the Head of Technology to manage the entire technical function.


Requirements:

years experience in Software Development

  • Working with business to identify product needs
  • Scope out new features / products
  • Manage tech roadmap
  • Manage team of 23 (small team for now)
  • Get hands dirty and build MVP / new features
  • Manage sprints
