Description
The criteria for the role include:
- Good communication skills and an excellent telephonic manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Training provided to those with no experience
- Experience in a debt review environment (advantageous)
- Fluency in English plus any other official language/s
- Excellent work ethic
- Driven and motivated
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Be computer literate
- Must have Idocs, finwise, DHS and Vicidial knowledge
- Has the ability to work independently
