Description
Financial Administration is a key role for this multinational retailer who needs your skills and numerical ability to control finances from their Head Office.
Essentially, you will need 2 to 3 years Bookkeeping experience, but working with Management Accounts and understanding full Accounting functions will be necessary.
- Cashbook capturing
- Daily/monthly Bank recons
- Preparation and capturing of General Ledger journals
- Assisting in preparation of management accounts
- Assisting in preparation of annual budgets
- Assistance with internal/external auditors
- Preparation of Balance sheet recons
- Preparation of Vat workings and returns
- Maintaining and updating of fixed assets register
- Checking monthly rental schedules
Your strong Accounting background will clearly demonstrate your ability to have figures at your fingertips, and compliment a financial team with focus and dedication.
- Bookkeeping/Finance qualification
- Minimum 2 to 3 years bookkeeping/finance experience
- Knowledge of Accounting software packages
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work under pressure and according to tight deadlines
- Have excellent documentation and communication skills
- Attention to Detail and high level of accuracy
