Description

Key responsibilities include the following:

***-
Manage all diary requirement of the Director and

Project Manager:
RWPP inclusive of arranging meetings, attending to travel arrangements as and when needed for University business,

***-
Receiving and vetting all income operations management documentation, project documentation and correspondence, attend to any missing information and/or supporting documentation and liaising with responsible parties, both internal an external to the University in such regard.
***-
Coordinate and attend to all logístical arrangements, inclusive of ensuring that accurate minutes are taken for minor project and operations management meetings coordinated and/or chaired by the Director: RWPP in relation to the ongoing implementation of the University's maintenance and property operations.
***-
Summarizing income reports when directed to do so and submit to the Director: RWPP in both hard copy and electronic format, to ensure timeous communication in line with operational management, project management and contractual requirements.
******- **In collaboration with the Director: RWPP develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive record keeping and filing system to meet audit, financial
- and other administrative requirements.*****-
In collaboration with the relevant Finance Manager, ensure that the Director: RWPP receives the required monthly financial reports relating to programme expenditure.

In collaboration with the Project Manager and/or Principle Agent who may or may not be an externally appointed consultant to the University ensure that the Director: RWPP receives the required progress reports on the various projects undertaken by the RWPP.

Prepare and compile presentations when directed to do so.

Requirements

Matric
***-
Tertiary Diploma, further secretarial courses, customer service programs and/or training will be advantageous.
***-
3 to 5 years of which at least 2 should be within a multi-disciplinary environment and performing administrative and support duties to executives.
***-
Computer literate in MS Office, MS Project and MS Excel.
***-
Excellent communication skills.
***- **Trustworthy and ability
- to manage confidential matters.*****-
Ability to work unsupervised and make routine decisions in the absence of superiors.
