Agile and SAFe Leadership:


  • Provide leadership and coaching in Agile and SAFe methodologies, facilitating the team's understanding of Agile and SAFe practices and principles.

Team Facilitation:


  • Serve as a servantleader for Scrum and SAFe teams, guiding them through ceremonies such as Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives. Ensure that teams are adhering to SAFe principles and delivering value.

Collaboration:


  • Foster collaboration and communication within and between teams, helping to resolve impediments and roadblocks that may hinder progress.

SAFe Implementation:


  • Drive the successful implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework, ensuring that all aspects of the framework are correctly adopted and adapted to meet the organization's needs.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing changes to improve team efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification.
  • SAFe certification (SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or SAFe Program Consultant) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Kanban in an Agile environments.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing SAFe principles in a largescale enterprise setting.

Part-time


Salary:
R500,00 - R600,00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
