To support our dynamic sales team, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Call Center agents who thrive in a target-driven environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, representing Psi
  • Super with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide accurate and persuasive product information, maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques, upselling and crossselling where appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring all salesrelated data is promptly updated in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is mandatory, where you have demonstrated exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with an ability to handle objections and rejection while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven ability to close sales, meet targets, and work effectively within a team.
  • Strong computer proficiency with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Direct marketing and sales experience will be considered an advantage.
