Required Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification

Required Experience and Daily Tasks:

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry is necessary
  • Attend to all customer queries and complaints
  • Ensure all problems are investigated and attended to in a timely manner
  • Liaise with all internal department to provide client with accurate feedback including but not limited to; warehouse, supply chain, technical teams and sales departments.
  • Must be able to work well in a highly pressurized and fast paced environment.
