  • General office administration
  • Performing problemsolving duties
  • Ordering equipment and supplies
  • Booking flights and accommodation
  • Arrange and attend meetings and compile minutes
  • Adhock tasks for senior Management as required
  • Identify and shortlist relevant tenders and RFQs on various platforms daily
  • Tender Compilation
  • General finance assistant duties

Working hours:
Mon

  • Thur 08:00 17:30
Friday 08:00 - 16:30
