Overview
This position will be responsible creating and implementing digital strategies. Core duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.

someone who has a strong sense of metrics and business profitability, while working to oversee strategy for all aspects Digital Marketing, Social and Marketing campaigns.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Digital strategic abilities
  • Creating digital content for marketing purposes
  • Ensure that sales team is effectively resourced, directed, motivated and developed to enable team members to reach their full potential
  • Drive and develop the performance of the team with a view to optimize delivery and achievement of objectives whilst effectively managing performance issues or concerns
  • Knowledge of marketing automation services and marketing technologies such as the Google Marketing Platform, Social Media buying platforms, reporting platforms and Analytics
  • The ability to maintain relationships with external partners such as external advertising agencies, technology partners and affiliate organisations
  • Ensure successful execution of marketing strategy in store and online in collaboration
  • An understanding of the commercial metrics of Digital/Social and Marketing campaigns and business profitability
  • Sourcing of marketing and promotional items for the business
  • Ensuring the brand guide is adhered to across digital and online platforms
  • Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Reviewing of promotional and campaign reports and identifying areas of improvement
  • Introducing new and innovative ideas to assist with business growth

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and Advertising.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments, Website analytics tools, ad serving tools and google Adwords campaigns
  • Experience in content creation example digital advertisements
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferable
  • Portfolio to be added to CV to show capabilities and references

Salary:
From R4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Overport, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • SEO tools: 1 year (required)
