  • To take responsibility for determining which capabilities and the client value proposition being offered to various client channels, drive sales and build new relationships resulting in positive inflows with official institutions, insurance companies, pensions, and other institutions. To work closely with the product and investment organizations, assisting in market insight, providing input to product development, solution for clients' challenges, trends, ideas, potential innovations and ultimately designing and implementing the business plan and sales strategy for the business unit, play a significant role in the further integration of technology as a means of client engagement, retention and be a key voice for the "client" within the business.
