Salary
Basic salary between R16K and R18K + incentives + company contributions to medical aid.


Description


Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a busy franchise dealership which is part of a large automotive group.


Requirements:


  • Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Specific brand / OEM training and working experience required.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve / Drive
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
  • Clear criminal record
  • Clear credit record (no judgements)
  • Valid driver's license

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
R16, R18,000.00 per month
