Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all sites are covered and officers are executing their patrols.
  • Maintaining good relations between the Client with regard to security services rendered.
  • Writing Reports.
  • Fleet Management.
  • Costs Management
  • Ensuring that Security staff maintains required performance at all times.
  • Dealing with all required administration matters: time sheets, leave, reports, uniform, etc.
  • Liaising daily with the client on various operational issues.
  • Attend to incidents on sites
  • Represent the company at CCMA.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS;

  • Matric certificate with Valid Grade A Psira registration.
  • Valid firearm competency
  • Security Management Diploma
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the security industry and 3 years in a Management role.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required.
  • No criminal record or pending.
  • Well spoken in English.
  • Knowledge of Firearm rules and regulations
  • Wellpresented individual

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Goodwood,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
