Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all sites are covered and officers are executing their patrols.
- Maintaining good relations between the Client with regard to security services rendered.
- Writing Reports.
- Fleet Management.
- Costs Management
- Ensuring that Security staff maintains required performance at all times.
- Dealing with all required administration matters: time sheets, leave, reports, uniform, etc.
- Liaising daily with the client on various operational issues.
- Attend to incidents on sites
- Represent the company at CCMA.
- Matric certificate with Valid Grade A Psira registration.
- Valid firearm competency
- Security Management Diploma
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the security industry and 3 years in a Management role.
- Valid drivers license.
- Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required.
- No criminal record or pending.
- Well spoken in English.
- Knowledge of Firearm rules and regulations
- Wellpresented individual
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Goodwood,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
