Understanding of the African market is KEY and non-negotiable:


  • 5 years min experience in Digital/Social Media working for Professional Services is non-negotiable:

  • Proven experience in managing successful digital and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and an eye for design and messaging.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and A/B testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  • Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

Digital Advertising Campaigns:


  • Develop and manage paid and targeted advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Google Search, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and monitor budgets, bids, and targeting options to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve key metrics such as impressions, clickthrough rates, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement cuttingedge strategies.
  • Produce reports for Management and Directors to aid in strategy development for future improvements

Social Media Marketing:


  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts.
  • Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  • Monitor and actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Track and report on social media KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, and conversion rates.

YouTube Advertising:


  • Plan, create, and manage YouTube advertising campaigns, including video ads and display ads.
  • Develop compelling video ad content and optimize for different audiences.
  • Monitor video ad performance and adjust targeting and bidding strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze YouTube analytics to measure ad effectiveness.

Creative Development:


  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to create visually appealing and persuasive ad content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and social media marketing materials.
  • Experiment with different creative elements to improve ad performance.
  • Messaging and Branding:
  • Craft compelling messaging and copy that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image and message across all digital and social media platforms.
