  • Identify, screen and hire Medical and Nursing talent
  • Review CV's / resumes for educational and job history requirements
  • Maintain a database of new and existing Medical and Nursing talent
  • Promote employment opportunities in nursing profession
  • Attend Staff meetings as and when needed with any problems, solutions and suggestions

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Matric
  • National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
  • Minimum 35 years' experience as a Recruiter (Healthcare / Hospital sector advantageous)
  • Proven track record of successful placements preferably in Healthcare / hospital sectors
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
  • Must possess Strong Organizational Skills
  • Must possess Excellent Communications Skills & Telephone Etiquette
  • Strong Computer Literacy Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet)
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and processes
