2years- Identify, screen and hire Medical and Nursing talent
- Review CV's / resumes for educational and job history requirements
- Maintain a database of new and existing Medical and Nursing talent
- Promote employment opportunities in nursing profession
- Attend Staff meetings as and when needed with any problems, solutions and suggestions
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
- Minimum 35 years' experience as a Recruiter (Healthcare / Hospital sector advantageous)
- Proven track record of successful placements preferably in Healthcare / hospital sectors
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
- Must possess Strong Organizational Skills
- Must possess Excellent Communications Skills & Telephone Etiquette
- Strong Computer Literacy Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet)
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and processes
