Role and Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases.
Assist HR manager in policy formation, hiring, and salary administration.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leave.
Update employee records (Asylums, contracts, etc).
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to queries.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Resolve any payroll errors.
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries.
Assist with compiling performance management information.
Adding new employees to Uniclox and ensuring accurate registration.
Generate daily clocking reports for record-keeping purposes.
Submit missed punches report to HR
Scan, organize, and maintain all HR documents, including warnings, leave forms, and other relevant paperwork.
Submit all necessary paperwork to the HR manager every Wednesday of every fortnight, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Communicate any disciplinary issues or concerns to the HR manager promptly, facilitating effective resolution and appropriate actions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
