Job Description

To enable an intelligence-generating platform and processes partner with stakeholders that serve to understand strategically important themes through the eyes of the employee.

Project manage the operationalisation of surveying platform, including maintaining the core database, configuring various surveys, managing IT governance alignment etc.
Build and engage in crossfunctional relationships to obtain and to provide support.
Enable a framework and processes for organisational behavioural intelligence capability development, that contributes to the achievement of strategic behavioural goals.
Analyse Organisational Intelligence data to identify trends.
Provide accurate and reliable data to contribute to business decisions together with analysing trends and data patterns.
Provide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall customer targets.
Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in area of accountability.
Ensure implementation of relevant policies, governance, and practice standards across the business.
Educates and supports various users of data platform.
Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.
