Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently searching for an oustanding Food and Beverage Manager for a luxury Game Lodge in Madikwe.

The successful candudate will have the following;


Requirements:

Minimum 7 years hospitality management experience with strong F & B background.

Must be competent with MS Outlook, Word and Excel. PAN State Hospitality will be a plus.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Above average level of fitness as facilities are spread out.

Knowledge of South African Wine and Wine serves

Keeping up with All Safari Food Trends

Implement and improve standards

Sound knowledge of stock control and inventory management for beverages and service equipment

Staff training and development

Responsible for Health & Safety in department

Understanding of world class international service standards and food trends

Forecasting of consumption to ensure stock is always maintained at an acceptable level.

Reviewing of beverage menus and pricing

Solid employment history and contactable reference

Valid driver's license essential
