We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing an exceptional experience at our Cocktail Lounge, Bar, and Restaurant.


Responsibilities:


Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and high standards.


Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of servers, bartenders, and support staff.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong service culture.


Customer Service Excellence:
Uphold and enhance the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a memorable and positive experience for every guest.

Address customer feedback promptly and implement improvements as necessary.


Inventory and Cost Control:
Manage inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and minimize waste.

Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality and service standards.


Event Coordination:
Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights in collaboration with the culinary and bar teams.

Coordinate private events and ensure seamless execution.


Financial Management:
Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense control.

Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals.


Compliance and Licensing:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and local ordinances.

Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the establishment.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end or upscale cocktail lounge, bar, or restaurant.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

A keen understanding of hospitality industry trends and customer preferences.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a similar setting.

VALID PASSPORT AS PLACEMENT REQUIRES RELOCATION TO DRC. ALL LIVING EXPENSES PAID AND SALARY IS TAX FREE
