purpose:


  • Manage and optimize the team performance of a team of credit analysts
    experience and qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • 5 Years related experience or 5yrs leading a team within the Credit environment

  • Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs
  • Achieve team targets (maximize productivity within quality framework)
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor team's compliance to credit quality and implement improvements where required
  • Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.
  • Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate.
