- Dealing with customer complaints
- All HR related matters
- Ongoing food & wine training
- Table etiquette & waiters' perfect approach
- To maintain outstanding guest relations
- Health & safety compliance
- Stock control and ordering
- Rostering and payroll
- Ensuring financial procedures are in place
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Leading by example
- Knowing all aspects of your restaurant
- Anything else that would be required by you from management that is not mentioned above to ensure a smooth running of the restaurant in all areas
