Description
Duties will include:
- Diary management and scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Extensive liaison with various parties
- Screening of telephone calls
- Typing of documentation
- Data capturing
Requirements:
- Min Grade 1
- Must be fully bilingual with an excellent command of the English language
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Deadline driven with a sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A high level of accuracy
