Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Read and Write Afrikaans and English)
Must have Excel/Power point/Outlook Experience
Well dressed, groomed and look professional
Main Duties:
- Assisting with Admin of Key Accounts Manager and Director
- Update and send out Sales, Presentations, and GP's
- Updating Call Cycles, Call reports
- Checking up on Reps/Merchandisers (Skynamo, Tracking)
- Weekly Petrol reports
- Monthly Overtime, Uniform Ordering
- Ordering of access cards
- Marketing (calendar, signatures, Video's, receipts, marketing letters, monthly content plan
- Merchandisers)
- Factory Shop cashier assistance, monthly stock take capturing, updating photos and pricelist on fresh fish products, factory shop invoices
