Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree (NQF 8/10) in Metallurgical Engineering essential
  • Completion of a Management Development Program preferred
  • 6 years of relevant experience, with a preference for industrial environments
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Proficiency in both production and maintenance functions
  • Ability to effectively engage with plant personnel
  • Proficient in budget compilation and management
