Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Production Foreman.

This role is responsible for ensuring throughput targets are achieved efficiently and to budget through effective leadership and management of the team, and reports to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities include productivity and people management, quality, material costs & waste controls as well as managing consumables and driving projects.

Must have Matric with a minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in the metal industry with an understanding of aluminum and steel fabrication processes and have operated in a unionized environment.
