Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum Grade 12 with a formal tertiary education in Cost & Management Accounting or similar.
- Minimum 35 years' experience in a Cost Accounting/Management Accounting role.
- Strong inventory management skills, with an emphasis on variance analysis and proven problemsolving skills.
- Good understanding of Production related KPI's with an analytical focus on improvement opportunities.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Teams, Outlook. Power BI development skills are advantageous.
JOB FUNCTIONS (Brief Summary):
- Run WIP, Overhead, Variances and Settlement on all Production orders.
- Aid with inventory count processes and conduct thorough analysis of variances.
- Assist in compilation and analysis of weekly and monthly reporting.
- Recoveries & Efficiency Variance Analysis
- Maintenance Order Settlements
- Project capitalisation and assigning of Budgets.
- Adhoc investigations as required by Cost & Management Accountant and Financial Manager.
