This is an commission based position


The Responsibilities:

  • Daytoday admin
  • Cold calling from time to time
  • Meeting with buyers
  • Meeting with sellers

Requierd work experience:

  • 2 years sales experience
  • Property sales experience (advantage)

Skills and Eduction:

  • Must be able to work in a team
  • Must be driven to close the deal
  • Target driven
  • Deadline driven
  • Good after service skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Must have a NQF4 Qualification in Real Eastate

Salary:
R30, R90,000.00 per month

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • NQF4 Real Estate Qualification (preferred)
