Join this national and significant market leader of high quality cast acrylic products and LED components.


Ideally you would be curious, independent and a highly self-motivated person, with the ability to integrate and adapt into a fast paced, highly competitive, solution selling & service orientated sales environment.

You should also be willing to travel within the region and be prepared to record and report all activities.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic management of customer relationships, forming the basis for long term business development. This would include formal presentations and written proposals.
  • Demonstration of a deep knowledge of our customer's business, ensuring you can interpret their environment as a basis for strategic decisions.
  • Bring added value to the relationship by identifying needs and new opportunities for the customer to gain competitive advantage in their market.
  • Integrating our entire set of capabilities into a seamless system which delivers superior customer value ie. management, customer service, technical and supply chain. This would include the coordination of projects and roll outs.
  • Achieve sales & activity targets, reporting on performance monthly to the Management Team
  • Provide meaningful input into the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing or networking events.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric

Additional sales related qualifications

5-10 years in sales in a senior sales position - typically in a plastic, extrusion environment

Package & Remuneration

Basic (flexible depending on experience) + Car Allowance

Commission, attractive incentives, and benefits


Salary:
Up to R40,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Senior sales: 6 years (required)
- selling LED, Lighting: 5 years (required)
