Your key
job responsibilities as the
Loyalty and Promotions Specialist in
Cape Town will include:

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored to specific player segments, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI
  • Design and manage comprehensive loyalty programs aimed at rewarding and retaining our most valuable players, including VIP schemes, loyalty points, and exclusive perks
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of promotions and alignment with overall business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of promotions and loyalty initiatives, making datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to loyalty and promotions within the iGaming landscape
  • Maintain a deep understanding of player preferences and behavior, utilizing insights to personalize promotional offerings and drive engagement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all promotional activities, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as needed
Requirements for this
Loyalty and Promotions Specialist job in
Cape Town:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and retention strategies
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to drive measurable results
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software preferred
