You will be responsible for ensuring all funds are collected by maintaining good relationships and resolving Debtors' queries timeously. Ensuring Customers receive high-quality and efficient service.

Essential that you have a minimum of 4-5 years' full credit control experience, dealing with Corporate Customers with a book value of R30 million.

Essential Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Matric
Tertiary financerelated qualifications would be an advantage
Ability to manage a large amount of recons and queries
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office
Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and AX),
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion

Key Result Areas:

Responsible for investigating and resolving all queries on debtors' accounts by escalating to the various departments and ensuring that these corrections are processed timeously and accurately
Proactively manage debt collection on assigned accounts, including telephonic followups on payment
A detailed reconciliation of accounts
Resolution of outstanding invoices
Responsible for allocations, credits, journals and legal processes daily as required
Customer visits as required
Investigation and resolution of queries to facilitate payments from customers
Liaison and communication with internal departments as required to maintain an accurate position on customer accounts
Prioritise and manage a challenging workload whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Preparation of weekly reports
Assisting other credit controllers as and when required.
