A well-established Accounting and Auditing firm is looking for a SAIPA Trainee to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Be part of a dynamic accounting team providing monthly accounting, financial accounting, and review engagement services under the supervision of the accounting team.
  • Prepare Annual Financial Statements using IFRS for SMEs.

Requirements:


  • Accredited Accounting qualification
  • Company and individual tax knowledge an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Own transport (including valid SA driver's licence)
  • Preferably residing in Cape Town

Software requirements:


  • Pastel knowledge is an advantage
  • CaseWare knowledge is an advantage
  • Highly computer literate in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Salary:
R120, R144,000.00 per year
