PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To process and maintain the daily bank reconciliations. Loading of payments onto the bank correctly. Calculation of the turnover rentals to be paid to the landlords. All company invoicing performed with the highest level of precision and integrity. Performance of accurate petty cash and loan account reconciliations. Completion of Stats-SA documentation.


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

  • Petty cash reconciliations
  • Loan account reconciliation
  • Loading payments
  • Processing and reconciling the bank account
  • Turnover rentals
  • Invoicing
  • Interaccount transfers
  • Completion of Stats-SA documentation
  • Processing of relevant cashbook journals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Com degree, diploma or equivalent
  • 10 years of cashbook experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills (Nonnegotiable)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • FMCG experience
