Job summary:
REQUIREMENTS
- To sell the maximum number of vehicles
- To ensure the customer is aware of all available accessories and extended warranties
- To ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilities
- To ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at all times in accordance with Company sales policy to ensure future repeat sales
- To ensure details of all vehicle transactions are accurately recorded and registered
- To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities
- To ensure all payments for vehicles are complete and correct for each transaction
- To ensure observance of safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times
- To establish and maintain a rapport with all potential and actual customers that enhances their image of the company
- To participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximize sales penetration
- To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting vehicle sales
- To have the ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale
- To have uptodate knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices
- To be available at all times for update training
- To ensure that personal appearance is impeccable at all times
Inherent Requirements - Driver's license
- At least 3 years sales experience Used Vehicle Sales Experience
- Computer literate
- Must have VW Training Certificate
What Qualification
- Used Car Sales Executives with 3 years experience
