Luxury Lodge - Polokwane
Requirements:
- Matric
- Computer Literate: Excel and Word
- 34 years previous experience in a night audit position within 4/5 star Hotels, proficient on the Opera system.
- Work independently and must be 100% reliable.
- Strong management skills, be able to think on their feet and deal effectively with difficult guests.
- Excellent communication skills: English, Afrikaans and an additional 3rd language
- South African or an International (Verbal and Written)
- Previous hotel night auditor experience
- Nonnegotiable
- Understanding of GDS and GGS in the travel industry
- Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills
- Essential
- Full front office experience day ends, checkins and outs, crisis management, cash handling (incl accounting skills), monitoring guest accounts (outstanding and high spenders), pit checks, rate checks and online booking
- Driver's license and own vehicle
