Operations


Strategic planning and management:


Initiate and arrange weekly meetings with the CEO to conceptualise and manage register of content to be created for the 3 brands.

Initiate and arrange weekly meetings with the CEO to setup and provide direction for customer engagement.
Initiate and arrange weekly meetings with the CEO to make recommendations for best practice or continuous improvement.


Website Management (Wix):

SEO implementation and maintenance.
Add a weekly blog from a company PR article.
Update pages with recommendations from the CEO.
Extract leads and report these activities in weekly reporting.
Extract analytics and report these activities in weekly reporting.
Recommend improvements based on best practice and brand exposure point of view.


Reporting:

Report issues that affect the marketing (or campaigns) performance for all brands.

Monitor daily traffic and performance indicators to understand trends and take next actions, check accuracy of stats, post launch analysis.

(For all brands).
Initiate and arrange weekly meetings with the CEO to give a weekly report of marketing activities.


Competitor analysis:

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge database of our competitors and their business models and offerings.
Maintain a 'Client Profiling Register' for all brands.


Google campaigns:

Develop and manage AdWords campaigns for the 3 brands.
Manage My Business for CRS Sales.
Manage Google Merchant for ITAD and bulk sales.
Analyse cost effectiveness on this platform.
Write and submit to the CEO a weekly report on Google Campaign activities.


Departmental Processes and Procedures:

Develop, update, communicate and manage all marketing process and procedure to uphold professional standardisation of the Marketing function.
Administration


Event management:


Manage, oversee, or strategise both internal and external events from initiation to completion and ensure maximum exposure for the company.

Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for events for all brands.
Manage and safe keep all SharePoint folders containing event pictures and materials.
Take photographs required for post or campaigns.
Social media management

**Digital marketing
- social media management and direct mail**:
Create 6 posts weekly for social media & direct mail using PR articles, website content or ChatGPT.
Manage and analyse and report engagement & exposure for the 3 company brands.
Post 2 x weekly ITAD article on LinkedIn.
Post 2 x weekly CRS Sales article on IG/FB.
Post 2 x weekly Bulk Sales on IG/FB.
Send out reminders to Xperien staff to share and like post on social media platforms.
Analyse cost effectiveness of social media activities.


Experience:

Three years' marketing generalist experience.
Three years' experience using the apps or software packages listed under technical skills below.


Qualifications:

Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or skills programmes certificates


Other:
