Description
Responsible the full administrative functions of the team and dealing with queries from internal and external clients.REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / NQF equivalent
- Project/Construction Management tertiary qualification
- Dealing with creditors accounts, a property background is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years working experience in financial / administrator role
DUTIES:
- Processing and management of invoices and quotations and follow up on outstanding invoices and quotations.
- Update and maintain the tenant installation database and track key project documentation.
- Administer and ensure projects compliance with building regulations, OHS Act and fire compliance.
- Manage project and CAD database (Electronic Library), i.e., plans, C.O.C's, correspondence, etc.
- Analyse and facilitate the authorisation of the tenant installation creditors accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Liaise with property staff.
- Provide tenants with service disruption updates.
- Conduct selfperformance reviews and attend biannual Reviews.
- Do periodic checks on tenant fit outs to ensure contractors complying with our company standards.
- Manage and collate all contractor documents for vendor approval by procurement.
- Manage site contract database.
- Assist facility manager with capital expenditure projects.
