Universal Call Centre is seeking energetic and motivated Sales Agents to join our team for the AUTO&GENERAL

VAPS campaign.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers for the AUTO&GENERAL
VAPS campaign.
Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set for the campaign.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle rejection positively.
Resultsdriven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Additional Skills (preferred):

Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance products.

Knowledge of AUTO&GENERAL

VAPS products and services.
Ability to upsell and crosssell additional products to customers.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
