A company based in Newlands East, is looking for a Property Administrator


Duties & Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Invoicing
  • Leases and tenants
  • Debtors
  • Queries
  • Utilities and prepaid meters
  • Vacancies

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Software experience with MDA Property System
  • Good people skills and telephone etiquette
  • Prior experience in a similar role advantageous

Package & Remuneration
R p.m. negotiable


Salary:
R8, R12,000.00 per month
