Description
Purpose of this job is to supply customers in this region with the most cost-effective formwork and shoring solutions working independently and with own Manager and Team to ensure the delivery of budgeted sales and profit margins for the business to ensure sustainable growth

  • To retain Customers and secure relationships with key decisionmakers to achieve key supplier/business partner status: Acquire-ExtendRetain.
  • To analyse geographical sector within own region into Clients' projects and acquire new Clients by demonstrating knowledge of their products, and their use within the rules and regulations concerning the products.
  • To acquire and track detailed pipeline of all available projects within region of operation and responsibility to maximise growth potential of all opportunities within region.
  • To close deals effectively having communicated payment terms clearly to Customers and evaluating customers credit worthiness, with assistance of own Manager and finance department where necessary.
  • Provide Customers with relevant information and arrange site and other necessary Training through Technical Training Manager.
  • To meet and exceed financial targets by managing all financial, technical, legal, commercial, and logístical problems with Clients.
  • To accurately forecast rental and sales figures and update CRM system daily which Company bases its business decisions and forecasts on.
  • Measure profitability by Customer and effectively plan time allocated to each Customer accordingly.
  • Analyse drawings and develop preliminary concepts for formwork, shoring, and access scaffolding solutions using the products and discuss these concepts with the own Manager and internal Design teams for the development of drawings and material lists for the projects to provide Customers with the most costeffective formwork solutions.
  • Create Quotes off Quantity lists using their Centrio, work with Estimator/own Manager and Team to submit Tenders and followup to win business and provide excellent service to Customers, ensuring that payment terms and conditions are clear to Customers at the outset.
  • Manage own projects effectively from Clients' requests, to Order, to return of material if rental stock, to payment of Invoices.
  • Takes responsibility to strip sites when nonpayment issues are unable to be resolved providing accurate information to and working closely with Operations department.
  • Continually improves own industry, product and competitor knowledge.
  • Accurately populate CRM on regular basis with new projects.
