Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven sales experience in the media & eventing industry with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • An extensive network of contacts within the media and eventing sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation abilities, capable of showcasing our spaces in a compelling manner.
  • Organized and selfmotivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in media and event space utilization and advertising.

Responsibilities:


  • This role requires a sales professional with a proven track record in the media industry.
  • Identify and target potential clients and companies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture a strong network within the media and events sectors.
  • Actively seek out new partnerships and collaboration opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively promoting and selling our media and event spaces.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations to showcase the unique value proposition of our spaces.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring the satisfaction of both parties involved.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to position our spaces competitively.
  • Analyse data and sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and strategize on maximizing sales potential.
