Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability
Provide invaluable financial guidance to the executive team, transforming data into actionable insights
Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
Lead and mentor a topnotch finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement, devising strategies to optimize efficiency

Requirements:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA qualification or equivalent strongly preferred
Minimum of 10 years of seniorlevel finance experience
Prior experience in the investment services industry is highly desirable
Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis
Excellent leadership, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills
Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and everevolving environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
