Eduvos is looking to employ an
Information Technology Lecturer at our Claremont campus on a fixed-term basis.***
Type of appointment:
Fixed-term appointment
Purpose:
- To lecture Information Technologyrelated modules, in the faculty on a fixedterm basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum qualifications required:
- BSc Honours degree in Computer Science / Information Technology (major in Programming and Mathematics)
Experience:
- 1 2 years or relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
- Relevant research experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Modules to be lectured:
- Computer Skills
- Non-Technical Skills for IT Professionals
- Software Process, Architecture Design and Quality Assurance 4 IR Technologies
- Enterprise Programming in Java and Python
- Introduction to Information System
- Database Systems
Responsibilities:
- Lecturing

- Setting and marking of assessments
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials
- Quality Assurance
- Management of Atrisk students
