National Catering Company is URGENTLY looking experienced Catering Manager for one of their units in Stellenbosch.Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 1 3 Years working experience in a Catering environment,
- Admin experience & Computer Literate
- Food experience in kitchen/ restaurants or similar
- Vaccinated
- SA ID
- Own transport
Summary of Responsibilities:
- All Admin Related work
- HR/IR related work
- Stock controlling
- Assistant to the Project Manager
- Daily Finance & Banking
- Client Debtors / Creditors
- Health & Safety
- Menu design and innovation
- Reconciling of credit cards
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
R20,000.00 per month
