Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Manage the coordination of office activities within the department while offering support to the Chief Executive and the management team of Business Solutions and Supply Chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of senior leader's calendars
- General office management
- Maintain a record of all IT and office equipment
- Coordinating meeting schedules
- Office reception and screening of calls
- Administration of monthly reports
- Planning and organising functions and meetings
- Building presentations
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Processing of payments of invoices for the department on SAP
- Responding to written communication
- Ad hoc tasks
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 1
- Secretarial / Office Coordinator Diploma
- 5 years experience as secretary to senior management/executive.
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- Experience with travel arrangements both domestic and international.
- PC literacy (MS Office / Google Suite)
- Knowledge and understanding of event coordination
- Strong service orientation
- Competencies: Devotion to quality, Planning, Flexibility, Initiative, Performing under pressure
