Responsibilities:


  • Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
  • Liaising with head office
  • Store Opening & Closing procedures
  • Weekly Regional Management Meetings and Fresh Produce Market visits
  • Customer liaison & contribution to community projects
  • Management Reporting to Regional Team and Head Office
  • Full Management Function that includes the following:
  • Purchasing and pricing/Reporting
  • Full Financial function
  • Full Human Resource's function
  • Managing of KPI's/service departments/stock levels and ordering
  • Managing of wastage and shrinkage
  • Ensure implementation and maintenance of store processes and procedures

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:




  • Grade 1
  • Retail Management Diploma will be advantageous
  • At least 6 years working experience as a Store Manager in a FMCG Retail/Warehouse Environment
