The Role:
As a Customer Success Analyst fluent in Dutch, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of EV charging infrastructure


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Vigilantly monitoring EV charging systems to uphold peak performance.
  • Delivering toptier technical support via calls, guiding depot personnel through remote troubleshooting.
  • Conducting remote diagnostics and leveraging problemsolving skills to swiftly address issues.
  • Collaborating with thirdline support teams to tackle complex challenges.
  • Coordinating reactive maintenance with service partners, overseeing onsite activities.
  • Maintaining meticulous ticket management for accurate documentation.
  • Fluency in Dutch (a must)
  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in technical support, preferably within engineering.
  • A passion for technology and a knack for quick learning.
  • Stellar communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problemsolving prowess.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
  • Familiarity with ticketing software like Zendesk, and monitoring platforms such as Grafana or Zabbix.
